Terms of Service

Quotes

• Website estimates are indicative only. Your fixed price is the written quote issued after a site visit.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days and are a fixed price for the scope described in them.
• If ground conditions turn out different from what could reasonably be seen at quoting, any change is discussed and agreed with you in writing before work continues.

Scheduling

• Asphalt is weather dependent. If rain moves your date, we contact you as early as possible with a new one.

Warranty

• Every job carries a five year written workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
• The warranty covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover damage from vehicles over the design load, ground movement outside our works, or surfaces modified by others.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment

• Payment terms are stated on your quote and invoice. The driveway remains our property until paid for in full, to the extent permitted by law.
